Blue: A Fantastic Start Thanks To A Dear Friend

Look at this, we still have another five days before we start our trip and already we are on our third post. A bit excessive possibly, but there has been a huge improvement for our trip and I do mean HUGE! It is a package for the trip that came from one of our followers and closest friend.

Patrick Monreal (shout-out to Pat yay!) decided there are a few things no cross-country trip should be without. So what did he do? He decided to go out, buy all necessary supplies, throw them in a huge box and overnight them to me. Patrick, thank you so much for caring and giving us these much needed supplies.

As for what Patrick sent us, I feel I should include some info about what all was included just so you can understand exactly how big of a deal this was.

So, in said box was, but not limited too: The most attractive shirt and jacket ever crafted by human hands (see picture), Spiderman flash cards so Justina and I can keep our minds fresh and running, baseball cards, a Mr. Potato head, a pony book, handcuffs, army men, box of non-frozen freeze pops to piss me off and of course a package of meatloaf because, as Pat explained in the note with the package, Meatloaf will indeed do anything for love but he WILL not do that!

Thank you Patrick for your kind donations. I do not think Justina nor I could have survived without this. Such staples like these are what really bring a trip together and without you we are sure to have not had them and spent all summer failing.
